BoxTag

BoxTag helps you organize and find boxes, containers, locations, and the items inside them using QR tags or short codes. The app works without an account and stores your records locally on your device.

Need help?

Email support@ssadigital.biz for help with scanning labels, backup and restore, subscriptions, or general app questions. Please include the app name, your iPhone model, iOS version, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send sensitive information or a backup file unless we specifically request it.

Helpful reminders

• Camera access must be enabled to scan QR labels.

• A BoxTag label opens the matching local record; the contents are not stored inside the QR code.

• Use Settings → Backup & Restore to save a manual backup through Apple’s Files system, including iCloud Drive when available.

• App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple account. Use Restore Purchases in BoxTag if Pro access is missing.
